About the hotel
Overlooking the Arcangues golf course, the neo-Basque style residence is made up of 2 groups of buildings which are arranged in semi-circles around either the swimming pool or a garden.
All the apartments have a balcony, loggia or terrace, and most of them enjoy magnificent views over the golf course and the Pyrenees mountains. The centre of the village, with its restaurant / inn, pelota wall and Trinquet is only 400 m away.

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:

Check In / Check Out
- You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
- You must check out by 10:00 hours.
Cancellations
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.52 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Deposit
No deposit will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Important Information
DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 09:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 until 19:00 Sunday to Friday, from 08:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays. The reception is closed on Wednesdays in April and October.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
Room information
In addition to listed facilities, all the apartments are fitted with a fully-equipped kitchen or open-plan kitchen, 4 hotplates, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace, balcony or loggia with garden furniture. A phone is available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

• From Paris: take the motorway A10 (for 544 km) towards Bayonne. In Bordeaux, take the N10 motorway (for 91 km) towards Bayonne / Biarritz. Then, in Bayonne, take the A63 motorway (for 39 km) towards Bayonne/Rive gauche, exit n°5 at Bayonne South. Take the D3 towards St- Pée-sur-Nivelle / Arcangues. In Arcangues (about 4 km from the motorway exit), head towards the Arcangues golf course. The Pierre & Vacances residence is located on the left hand side, 500 m before Arcangues golf course.
